My first and last experience here was bad the reason being is because I asked for a full back wax and the lady did NOT wax my back she didn’t no take it out from the root instead she cut the hair, which is the same as shaving. Her level of service was bad and I’m not happy at all not with the service and nor with the work. I then got a small cut of my finger I asked for a plaster and she said they don’t have a first aid kit. I’m sorry in a salon you don’t have a first aid kit? Terrible won’t be attending again.

The beautician I saw was lovely and very friendly. She gave me a very thorough treatment, spending a lot longer than I was expecting getting everything perfect. The clinic itself is a bit lacklustre and the dental practice which is in the same building is quite noisy, which does distract while you’re having an otherwise calming treatment.
