I've gotten several hollywood waxes before and this one was the worst one. The wax was so harsh that the skin peeled off and I now have scarring.
What's worse is that for both the hollywood wax and the underarm wax - when I came home and checked, there were many hairs that weren't waxed off.
When I went in the room to get waxed, it was VERY dirty.
However, the staff were very kind and it was affordable but I am unsure I will return due to the actual treatment.

Went for full body wax today, appt was at 10 but the beautician never showed up at the venue. I call the main clinic and got asked to go in a different venue.
The lady that did my arms was lovely and kind, another one did my legs and Hollywood wax. Legs was fine but she was not gentle at all in the bikini area ,pulling very large portion and not straining the skin properly. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
