Went for full body wax today, appt was at 10 but the beautician never showed up at the venue. I call the main clinic and got asked to go in a different venue. The lady that did my arms was lovely and kind, another one did my legs and Hollywood wax. Legs was fine but she was not gentle at all in the bikini area ,pulling very large portion and not straining the skin properly. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.
