To be fair I was running late as I mixed up two of my appointments by mistake. So I called to notify the clinic, and the Beautician was very rude about it.
When I arrived we had very limited time before her next client was meant to arrive, so as it was my fault I told her to do as much as she could and then I could wait till she had finished with her client. However she rushed it all. And now my regrowth is really bad, as all hair wasn’t waxed off properly. Would not go back again. And would be careful, not to sure if it was her technique or because she was rushing.

Arrived on time, had to wait at reception for 10 mins no-one around. Thought I had the wrong place looks like just a dentist, beautician resurfaced and said had to wait further 20 mins. No apology or explanation. Ambience terrible, drill noises from Dentist in the background. Finally started, towels were dirty, didn’t wash her hands, painful wax, too much oil, stained my shirt, left clumps of wax on me, kept opening the door wide when I wasn’t decent. Bad experience avoid!!!
