The lady was really nice, the room was clean and waxing and threading were okay. Facial a bit disappointing as I didn't get a proper deep cleaning.

You get what you pay for. The lady who did my waxing was pleasant and saw me straight away even though I was early. However, they don't use a pre-wax lotion or gel before treatment and the place could be a little cleaner. The wax itself was done well and is not expensive.

The woman didn't remove the hair properly, and wen I told her, she started to fight with me telling me that it was other part not included in the offer for 11 pounds. So I finished the waxing Hollywood with half part with hair.
