I would give zero stars if possible. This is my second time coming to this branch for an underarm wax. I arrived 15/20 minutes early and waited around. No receptionist. The cosmetic dentist just happened to walk past and tell me that no beauticians were in. I'd booked my appointment in advance and it had been confirmed. Such a waste of time. No one has contacted me since either.
