Great value for money and the girl was friendly and chatty. Probably a little too quick if anything - no time to recover between strip waxs.

I placed a last minute booking for a Hollywood wax using Treatwell and a part for the price point there wasn't anything else really positive about my experience. The venue itself it's old and grubby and the customer service was quite poor. Booking online I wasn't given any further details weather it was hot or strip wax and half way through the treatment which was made with strip wax, the beautician told me that I would really be better off by using hot wax. Why didn't she asked me before hand? Also worth noticing that the price doesn't include the crack of the bottom (which all other Hollywood waxes I had did include). Overall were clumsy treatment with no costumer care what so ever. Won't be back.

A lovely lady called Tarhan did my wax for me. This is the second time she has waxed me and I am very happy with the service. She is always friendly, polite, has a smile on her face and gives great advice! Thank you Tarhan Azizam xxx I will def be back. 10 out of 10!!
Nice staff, tint wasn't very effective. Felt I wasn't told clearly what was going on.
