When I first walked in, the receptionist was taking a personal call and paid no attention to me for about 5 mins. When she did, she was very cold. During the wax, she didn't leave the room for me to change and tried to convince me that to have the full wax I would need to pay extra. The room did not seem very sanitized and looked like it was a spare room for them to use for random procedures aside from dentistry (which is the main purpose of this business).

I had Zeena, she was fantastic. Usually I have a little discomfort when waxing but not this time. Zeena was efficient and you can tell she enjoys her job which is fantastic especially being she was working on some particular areas. Will be back 4 to 6 weeks.
