She didn’t use enough wax, even after I pointed that out, reason why the wax was incredibly painful and didn’t take all the hair, coz the quantity applied wasn’t enough at all to work properly.
Also she didn’t stretch my skin so all the hair have been cut instead of removed. During the treatment I kept being asked why I book via Treatwell when they told me already that booking through them directly would be the same price, so my question is why shouldn’t I renounce to my rights and professional customer service I always get when I book on Treatwell, to risk issues or bad experiences booking directly with you, for the same price? If you don’t want allow customers to book via Treatwell, just remove your salon, instead of warning customers to avoid booking through this app.
The therapist was fantastic took the time to make you feel very comfortable and did a fantastic job, really careful and thorough and completely painless!
