I recently had an LVL lash lift here and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. The results are very uneven each eye looks completely different, which isn’t what I expected from a professional treatment. I wish I didn’t book. On top of that, the overall experience was quite uncomfortable. During the appointment, the technician rested her fingers on my lips, which felt very inappropriate and unhygienic. There was also loud chewing throughout the treatment.

I had payed online for my specific hair length and the lady who was doing my hair had requested I pay more towards the end because I have “thicker” hair. I mentioned this had to be brought up before and that the Treatwell app specifically states hair length and not density. She wanted me to pay double and stated that my curly hair needs to be done at a “Afro salon” and not here. This was my 4/5th time doing my hair there and I’ve never felt the rudeness from that staff till now. Disappointed.
