i am a returning client. i usually give a full 5, but this brown threading treatment has been increasingly disappointing as staff behaviour (rushed, brutal, no time to say what you aim for and to check how it is going) and as result. It is the second time I get this person in many years of wonderful experience and this time she has been even worse than the other. I will make sure I do not have her again or change to a different place
