Extremely disappointing experience. I had a waxing appointment booked for 09:45. I was called in at approximately 09:50. At the start of the appointment, the therapist mentioned that the next client was already waiting.
The appointment lasted around 20–30 minutes. Based on my previous experiences at other clinics, I would usually expect a longer appointment for waxing, particularly for sensitive areas.
