I’m extremely disappointed with my lash lift. The product was clearly left on too long, leaving my lashes over-processed, frizzy, and stuck to my eyelid. When I went back for a refund, I was told they could fix them, but the result is even worse – my lashes are now wonky and clumped together. My eyelids also weren’t properly covered during the treatment and are now red, sore, and irritated. Poor and careless service.
