Fatimah was so lovely! It's rare to see people that kind, she did my hair perfectly- highlights as well as roots colour which was challenging because I had quite long and dark roots but she did it exceptionally. Will be back again!

Eyebrow threading was good and gentle. Waxing was quick and not painful with warm wax. Bikini wax wasn't good. Not a lot of dedication put into it . I would give it a second chance anyway .

Visited the kilburn branch by mistake but they still saw me. Great helpful staff and doctor was very nice and treatment worked good will be returning.
