I am so glad I found this place. Very clean with amazing staff. So friendly and efficient. Had a super relaxing facial and a haircut that I LOVE! I will definitely be going back here again and would recommend it to all my friends!

I've had no complaints previously with this service but I've not seen this particular lady before. She was very nice, but the threading technique was awful- all knuckles thumping into my temple. I wouldn't have minded so much if the thread actually made contact with any eyebrow hair. In the end she gave up & used tweezers which where scraped over my skin. She seemed to think I was causing a fuss when I pointed out a load of hairs that had been missed. I borrowed the tweezers & pulled them out myself in the end.
