They had no idea that I had booked the appointment and it took ages for them to agree to see me. I had to prove that I had booked and had paid beforehand via my phone and even then, they were busy with other customers so it was 20mins later than I had booked. Quite frustrating.
The actually treatment was good and the lady was so nice. She did miss a bit of hair, it was obvious she was overworked and overloaded with what looked like zero help from the manager who wasn't present or answering the phone.
Wouldn't really go there again but it was good for the price

I was very happy with my nails. They wer all the same size and shape, she got the design just how i wanted it and was really polite and nice... Ive had my nails done so many times but ive been this happy, the nail technician really knew what shes soing and u can was very experienced. My nails looked amazing. And i will always be going back for my nails.. I strongly recommend it to everyone. By the way the ladies name was Tonia if ur looking to get ur nails done...

the eyebrow shape was fine ...it just I went there not feeling very well ( bit of a cold ) and the server insisted on commenting negatively on my hair colour...one of my pet hates. I mean , I do not comment on the server's physical appearance, so why should she do it to me ? Not professional, sorry.
