I would have rated it higher as the staff and esp the lady who did my hair was very nice, but I did not like how the coulour turned out at all. I was aiming for a copper(y) bronze kind of colour, but it turned out to be a reddish pink. Fortunately, the colour faded after 2 weeks.

I saw Fahi on Saturday morning for highlights, cut and blow dry. Fahi provided such a great service from start to finish; she was so friendly and professional, and really listened to what I wanted to do with my hair. She was very thorough in applying the colour and recommended toner and treatment for me too. My hair is exactly how I wanted it and I will definitely be a regular client, thanks again!
