This was the worst eyelash perm I've ever gotten in my life. However, I cannot fault the venue or general staff/ambience, it was what you'd expect for a low price treatment venue and clean. The staff were friendly and gave me a blanket when I was a bit chilly, so that was nice. Unfortunately the 45 minutes treatment lasted almost 90 minutes because the technician could not perform the lash perm properly - I left with absolutely wonky lashes, irritated eyes and abbrasion on my eyelid which is still red after 3 days now. I will never return again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! I booked a session for Endermologie yesterday for 4.45pm. The system stated that it was available. I paid in advance and set off to the salon (14 miles from my house) . Im 5 mins away from the salon I get two calls. I pull up and return the call and then i am told very bluntly "the bookings cancelled". I asked why, "we have no body available, but I've rebooked you tomorrow, there is something wrong with the booking system its treat wells fault".
First of all why are you advertising for a service you CANT provide whilst taking the customers money straight away no questions asked. Secondly how do you know I'm available tomorrow? and finally you cancel on me very last minute and palm the blame on to treat well. It is your responsibility as a business to keep up to date records and bookings NOT TREATWELLS. I asked for a refund straight away, and the women started hurling abuse at me, screaming on the phone, speaking over me. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. If that wasn't enough the obnoxious women threatened me and said "well if you don't turn up tomorrow i will report that as a cancellation"??? So I'm getting threatened and penalised because the salon CANT manage their bookings? I complained to treat well straight away and thankfully they are giving me a refund. I would score this 0, but 1 was the lowest available..unfortunately.
PLEASE AVOID THE ABUSE, HEADACHE, AND UNPROFESSIONALISM, ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a mistake and booked an aromatherapy massage at this place at the cost of £45. The "therapist" was basically a hairdresser who clearly had no massage training and just spent the whole hour applying oil all over my body. She couldn't even perform the basic strokes. The room was brightly lit, unwelcoming, the music too loud and the covers on the massage bed dirty and full of someone else's hair. I asked for my money back afterwards and am still waiting to hear from them. The worst rip off I've ever had.
