The staff is Great, very friendly and they took care of me very well. My Brazilian waxing was quite painful, as the beautician waxed the same area multiple times instead of stripping it all in one with a firm movement. I had underarms waxing and that was done very badly: I had my waxing 2 days ago and I can already see the hair growing back, this tells me that the hair was broken instead of being stripped out.
