Usually hairdressers use a straightener or a tongs to make the curls strong but this hairdresser didn't and the style fell soon after I left the salon. My hair did smell nice and was quite shiny though so not bad. I would not book this blow-dry if I had somewhere special to go.

I had hair colouring done and overall the service was efficient and the colouring was good, although the colour match could have been a little closer to the desired colour.

My therapist was very attentive, she listened to my concerns and answered my queries :) I don't normally bother much with my nails but I love my choice of colour - emerald green - & I definitely will be heading back for another Manicure asap.....

They had no idea that I had booked the appointment and it took ages for them to agree to see me. I had to prove that I had booked and had paid beforehand via my phone and even then, they were busy with other customers so it was 20mins later than I had booked. Quite frustrating.
The actually treatment was good and the lady was so nice. She did miss a bit of hair, it was obvious she was overworked and overloaded with what looked like zero help from the manager who wasn't present or answering the phone.
Wouldn't really go there again but it was good for the price
