Nice clinic overall, was busy. But the Treatwell booking did not come through at first and the lady burnt me with the wax multiple times during the Hollywood wax! She clearly felt bad and seemed shocked that it burnt me, said my skin was sensitive, which it is, but not to heat it was just boiling hot wax. I now have a burn mark and am in pain. I would not book here again or recommend.
