Sahar is an exceptional beauty therapist. I will always go to her for my waxing from now on. She is extremely thorough with great attention to detail. She is a perfectionist (like me) which means that the final outcome is always perfect. She is professional, and also very lovely on a personal level. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! :)

Azam gave me amazing hair style even though I hadn’t not expected much due to hair fall I have been experiencing. She didn’t only give me new hair style but gave me tips to control hair fall and regrow hair.

Went for a Hollywood wax& the experience was terrible. Used strip wax for the whole thing. Kept being told my hair was too long& too thick (I’ve had it waxed when much longer w/o an issue). The whole process ended up taking an hour. The therapist was anxious& at one point I had to calm her down. She asked if she could call a colleague bc she was struggling. I found this weird but agreed - felt very awkward with 2 ppl - her colleague used hot wax& the rest was done quickly and fairly painless.

I booked the under arms and Hollywood laser, the lady did my laser in hardly in five minutes. I don’t know what he did but I was not happy at all. And k don’t want to go there again. I paid £45 and she did nothing. I better not to go there again or go another branch
