I got my second hollywood wax (but first at this venue) done and funny enough compared to the first one it was a lot more painful. I think its the wax they used with paper strips. The last place I was at pulled the wax itself (no strips required) and she did the butt crack too whereas here you have to pay extra. But one thing that I noticed as I was getting ready is that she didnt do the sides at all (bikini line). I wanted this waxing to go swimming worry free but I got all the hair next to the actual vagina left and I will have to shave it off unless I want people to call me Yeti. I find that really stupid tbh. However I didnt say anything because I couldnt take the pain again and by the time I noticed I was halfway of getting ready anyway. Also I was bleeding a lot- it looked like my skin was rather pulled (looked like lots of razor bumps after shaving, but didnt have that with my first wax). I dont think I would come back and I wasn't the only angry customer that day. A lady stormed out after waiting 1h for her massage booked via treatwell. She told me that they didnt know she was coming so dont have anyone to do the massage and let her wait until someone would come in. That kind of killed the ambience of the store for me and made me worry.

DO NOT GO HERE. If I could award them zero stars I would.
Left waiting for over an HOUR for my treatment as they had no one in that could do my massage.
Staff were incredibly rude and didn't once apologise for the delay. I waited for 90 minutes and had to leave without my treatment. I was also REFUSED A REFUND. do not go here .

I booked a Brazilian waxing + sunbed included 45 minutes before the shop closure. They were on a rush so quick service and they ignored the fact I had the sunbed too. I won't come back
