I had a Brazilian wax here and experienced wax burns so severe I couldn't finish the process. The skin has crusted over now, 3 days later, and is flaking off. I have no clue why soft wax was used for my wax as it was extremely ineffective at removing my very thick hair and required areas to be re-done multiple times, which contributed to the irritation and the pain. I don't care if hot wax would've costed extra because I would've been happy to pay more to avoid the disaster I experienced.
