I arrived and was told my hairdresser was busy so said I would come back 45mins later. Came back and then was kept waiting for another 15 minutes. Got my hairwashed - had to then wait for 10 minutes before my hair was dried. Hairdry was good but obviously rushed as I had to leave - I hadn't expected a wash and blowdry to take over 2 hours!

The beautician didn't have the necessary tools to remove deep seated blackheads and told me I would have to go to a sister branch of the clinic and get another facial done to have two blackheads removed. Aside from that she didn't even remove all of the other ones that were closer to the surface. The facial started twelve minutes late and ended after 45 minutes, although I had paid for one hour.

Somaya (hope I got this right!) was brilliant, very nice lady and done an amazing job on my face! It was my third time having facial treatments in this venue and I will definitely go there again.
