Very disappointed with my facial, I paid for a PURIFYING CLEANSING facial and been left with same spots, same blackheads and comedons, nothing I asked has been done!

The facial was good but when I went to explain what facial I would like I was told botox is what I really needed, and failing that surgery!!! I was pretty surprised by that to be honest.
