A friend purchased me a voucher for a Hollywood Wax at the Swiss Cottage Branch but she was so impressed with her visit to the Kilburn branch, she recommended I go here instead. Rang them this morning and they switched my booking over very quickly. Heifa was very professional and quick. It was my first time waxing but I was made to feel extremely comfortable and relaxed with Heifa's guidance and conversation which is very important if you're having such an intimate treatment done. I would definitely recommend visiting for this treatment and if I ever get waxed again, it will be here. Thank you!

I did Brazilian wax one week ago and it was terrible. The beautician wasn't professional and the service was awful. I don't suggest it!
