They use strip wax & not hot wax and normally with hollywood wax in other places the back is included but i had to pay an extra £5 and some areas wern't done properly. Strip wax is not great for sensitive skin either

I went there for waxing, the woman was very professional and the waxing was painless. I would recommend that treatment especially for how cheap it is !
