The procedure was rushed. A strip wax was used, which once I spoke with my regular beautician she explained it could have injured my skin. She did not prep the area prior to applying the wax. She used a huge amount of baby powder post wax, and I I left the salon with powder all over my arm. The staff member made no effort to make me feel welcome. This is the first that I had used someone other than my regular that I have felt incredibly disappointed. I would not return.

While everyone was friendly the beautician dry shaved me (I was shaven but maybe not well enough) and made me bleed in several spots due to the roughness of her shaving. I was given a towel to feel decent that was hanging on the door which made me question whether or not it was used. I was also not convinced of the cleanliness generally. Will not come back sadly
