I booked the under arms and Hollywood laser, the lady did my laser in hardly in five minutes. I don’t know what he did but I was not happy at all. And k don’t want to go there again. I paid £45 and she did nothing. I better not to go there again or go another branch

I had a full leg and Hollywood wax. The therapist took 1.45 hours. Usually this treatment, in a different salon, takes me 40 minutes. It was incredibly slow and painful, I had a huge rash and raw skin when I got home. The next day, I had little blisters all over my Hollywood area. To top this off, the therapist kept saying my hair was the problem. Yes, I think thick hair but nothing special, no other therapist has ever struggled with it. Incredibly rude. I will be claiming a refund
