While everyone was friendly the beautician dry shaved me (I was shaven but maybe not well enough) and made me bleed in several spots due to the roughness of her shaving. I was given a towel to feel decent that was hanging on the door which made me question whether or not it was used. I was also not convinced of the cleanliness generally. Will not come back sadly
