I booked for a hollywood as there was no option for hot wax which a fault to highlight firstly on menu booking options. Upon arrival I agreed I would pay extra £5 for hot wax, but the beautician used strip wax for a lot of my wax which was incredibly painful. I am still sore now 3 days later and lost some skin! Worst wax I've ever had and lots of hair patches remaining!

It was my first time having wax for intimate area and I was very nervous. The beautician made me feel less nervous and was very friendly and helpful despite me being very anxious about the treatment.
