Chaotic & messy: Ignored by staff who talk amongst themselves in their language, gave me mixed information on where to sit /wait.
For my pedicure the technician started a gel polish by mistake and was pointed out by another technician so had to remove - gave me a French manicure with uneven white tips and an odd opaque pink base - didn’t understand when I explained this so asked her to do just one colour and she stroppily removed the polish.

I booked for a hollywood as there was no option for hot wax which a fault to highlight firstly on menu booking options. Upon arrival I agreed I would pay extra £5 for hot wax, but the beautician used strip wax for a lot of my wax which was incredibly painful. I am still sore now 3 days later and lost some skin! Worst wax I've ever had and lots of hair patches remaining!
