Mixture of waxes used on the same spots, covered me in talc AFTER the wax so got lots of ingrown hairs... Treatment room was filthy, got horrible look from all staff as soon as I walked in. Wax clearly done so poorly as only 10 days later I have enough patchy hair to have to shave. Waste of money and time. 45 min appointment was 1.5 h also. I was given nothing to get excess wax off, and therapist didn't even try. All round a horrible experience
