I had Sepicheh as my beautician. This was my first time with her and she was great. Spoke with me about laser options and the wax was probably the most thorough I've had and I've been going to this clinic for years. Would definitely recommended

The hairdresser did not listen when I was explaining how I want my hair to be cut. Nothing too difficult, challenging or complicated- I just wanted to have my ends cut. However she cut all my hair but not the ends at the back of my head! I called them back and tried to see them again for my hair to be done but they gave me an appointment over a week after my 1st appointment. I was keen to have my hair done as was going abroad for my holidays. Horrible experience, rude and unprofessional people!
