Horrible experience !!! I had a booking today at 11.55 and they had no idea about it. The receptionist firstly tried to convince me that I had nothing booked but couldn`t resist more as my appointment details were on THEIR PC screen. Both she and I could see it. Then she made me wait 15 min. without explaining anything. Another lady arrived,they tried to send me somewhere else (yes, it is like a joke!!!)when I asked for a refund. OF COURSE I refused.
They were not even apologetic, worst ever!!!
