All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.I booked wash and cut and manicure via Treatwell, when I came in I said I have a reservation for this and that, the lady asked me if I want a blow dry - I wasn’t sure what I booked for plus my hair is curly, so I said not necessarily, then she convinced me to have it. After the haircut/blowdry, she asked me to pay - I said I paid via Treatwell - turns out up until then no one pulled out my booking to see what did I book for. They charged me additional £20 for that blowdry I didn’t want.

Sadly my nails feel very weak and thin afterwards. I think it would be better if they soaked nails before using the buffer to remove previous gel
