I give her haircut 5 stars. However I had an electrolysis treatment on my face for the first time in the same week and even though the lady was skilled, she kept going on about a shoulder injury, wouldn't go on longer than 30 minutes and I had to really press to get her to even do that. Said her physio told her she shouldn't be doing this anymore, I'm sorry to hear that but I am a paying customer! I wanted to book another appointment for later in the week and she wouldn't commit to more than 20 min, I need longer and won't put my treatment progress on hold for her. Will be cancelling my second appointment and going elsewhere for electrolysis.
Ladies' Haircuts
I wanted some darker tones with my highlights to take the full blonde away and I ended up looking like a tiger. The dark tones were supposed to be the same colour as my natural hair colour (dark blond)and ended up being dark brown. No toner was used so the blonde highlights were orange/ yellow. The foils were at least 1cm away from my roots and were very patchy and not consistent. The width of the foils were very big meaning my highlights were like massive stripes in my hair and not natural looking like the rest of my foils. The highlights were not done the full length of my hair so the colour/ highlight stopped half way down my head.I had to go back again to try to get it tidied up and was still not happy with the end result. The lady made excuses and also had to put a dark colour through my hair to hide the patchy blonde at the front of my hairlin for when I tie my hair up. For 105 pounds and a senior stylist I expected and amazing look but I feel disappointed and felt embarrassed with my hair style. I have to get it done again by someone else very soon to take the colours away. I would have gone elsewhere if I had known it was going to be so bad :(

Staff were a bit brusque, had better hairwashes, cut was fine but styling a bit weird
