I arrived to find they weren’t expecting as they hadn’t checked their Treatwell messages so I had to wait half an hour and then they were supposed to touch up my colour (they know the colour as I have been there before) but they somehow turned my blonde hair into a brown-ginger colour with hints of green. It’s awful!!!
