However, booking a dermalogica you expect the products and therefore the service to be good. There are two salons which I was given the incorrect address for, then I follow the postcode on both the email and provided by the salon and it is incorrect.
I was left for 30 minutes of the hour with a mask in my face-I could do that at home! There were no extractions and when I asked she said she had-she had not. It really is not worth it despite the cheap price!!

Helena the massage therapist was top notch. Massages can be hit and miss sometimes, so I was very happy with my treatment. Shila was very pleasant and friendly. Overall great service would recommend. I felt well looked after.

Worst threading experience. The lady was extremely rough on my face, causing redness and bumps to come up on my face afterwards. I still have this the next day. I complained to her during the threading that she was hurting me and to avoid sensitive areas. She did not listen and continued to yank hairs off as if I had the skin of a rhino. This lady had the worst threading technique I have ever come across and she shouldn't be allowed to go near anyone's face. I have never had this problem after threading before. When I complained they did not even apologise at all. The woman did not have an ounce of gentleness in her hands and treated my face like it was a football. Do yourself a favour and find somewhere else for your beauty needs, not this place that do subpar treatments and just want your money. I wouldn't trust them with a barge pole. Plenty of other places I would give my money to.
