The venue and staff were ok, however the waxing was extremely painful (compared to previous ones I have had) and when I came home, I realised that I was full of bruises. The skin in my bikini zone was full of cuts and abrasions and it took a few days to heal. I have gone for waxes before and this does not usually happen.
There was also still quite a bit of hair left, e.g. on my bum, which is one of the main reasons why I like to go for a wax.
I have been to the Kilburn branch before and had no problems, but I am definitely not planning to go back to this place.
Brazilian Waxing
Fahime is such a lovely lovely woman and an excellent hairdresser. She couldn't do enough to make me happy and constantly consulted me on the style she was doing. I have straight hair and she curled it for me for an event – she did it so beautifully and I received compliments all day. She was very sensitive to the fact that I have small children and suggested pinning some of it back so that it wouldn't get in my way - this did not affect the style at all. I have very thick hair and she did not complain once about this, even though it took longer than it should have. And she was constantly asking me if there was anything else she could do to make me happy. She also has a really lovely aura about her and I felt in safe hands. I have decided that I will go to her for all my hair requirements as well as waxing.

Brazilian Waxing
Very nice service in this salon, The lady who took care of me made it as painless as possible. She was also very patient as I am not used to do it. Will come back.
