They do everything with strip. I asked for the lips to be done with hot wax as I have never had them done with a strip before (who does it?!) and they charged me an extra £10! There is no indication anywhere about that and I was very disappointed.
Hygiene of the hot wax was bad as the same spatula was repeatedly dipped in the wax after being applied to my body (which other places normally don't do). You can also sense the need for cost savings as she was using the same strips MANY times, so many times that it was not really removing hair at the end, just pulling my skin. I would not recommend.
