Second visit to this clinic . I only went for eyebrow threading.. simple thing to do for a aesthetician you would expect . I said I only wanted them tidy and keep them blunt and thick ..
I wasn't happy with the result - she took more hair that she had to even if I explained what I wanted - but she answered " I know how to do eyebrows " . This was my second time there and I said I would give it a second chance because my first visit wasn't great.
When I wanted to pay, first she said £10, I knew I didn't pay £10 the first time for sure , she said ok give me £7. Afterwards .. when I said I had an email from the clinic with an offer valid until 7th march for £5 for the eyebrows she replied rudely " I need the code , ok £5 ".
My first impression on on my first visit was the same : rudeness and inexperienced staff, second visit was only reinforcing this .
First visit had leg waxed : my underwear ended up ruined because they didn't have disposable ones, quick and not good waxing .
Second visit : equally disappointed .
I won't recommend and I am not coming back .
I went for a Wash and Cut, a 40 minute appointment, which took about 15. Was just a bit annoyed I had to pay more for having long hair when the appointment didn't take very long, and I had about a centimetre taken off.
