I got permanent waves done for the first time the hairstylist was kind asking me all sort of questions about the results I’m seeking. I like my hair would defo get the treatment done with them again x

Didn’t ask what I wanted and just started cutting and then after I stopped her and tried to explain what I want she didn’t take off all split ends and only cut the front. When she went to blow dry didn’t add any heat protection and I could see the smoke coming off my hair it stank! Won’t be returning. Sorry but this was not worth the money if I’m honest I would like a refund.
