The receptionist was unfriendly. The hairdresser, after finishing the haircut, she simply removed the gown and said ready (without any further communication or checking if I was satisfied). The haircut was horrible and not what I asked for. I paid for a hair wash, but they didnt do it. At one point, the hairdresser abruptly left in the middle of the haircut without any explanation. Throughout the haircut she was distracted, speaking/ laughing (I think) Turkish or Romanian with other employee.

Avoid!!! The worst wax I have ever had. Insisted I use strip wax, when I had requested hot wax several times. Incredibly poor technique which left loads of hairs and wax residue. Uncomfortable environment, would not recommend.
