I think the clinic offers good value for money. Both the pedicure and massage I got were adequate and the staff were nice and professional. (During the massage, there was some noise coming from the reception area -music and voices- which spoiled a bit the ambiance, but as for the rest, it was good). I will probably return.

If you want a 'no frills' waxing experience then this is the place for you. The "technician" was unfriendly and didn't bother to talk to me throughout the wax, even to ask if the temperature was fine. Like others have said, the room could do with a general clean, dusty and cluttered. Fairly cheap wax, but poor service.

ELHAM and the salon manager are utterly unprofessional and have 0 knowledge in dealing with treatment mishaps.
In short Elham burnt me and instead of apologies, she defended her practice like a savage dog. Finally offered me a free session, then changed to 10% off, then went back on her word!!
Wax- sloppy
They are extremely rude, machines are unserviced, rooms are messy and I highly doubt their training is legit or first hand.
Cheap prices - cheap everything!
