I have had waxing at lemoge previously and I've always been happy. This time the waxing wasn't good, after coming back home I've seen I still had areas on the lower legs with hair

I only found out when I got to the salon that they actually did not do the treatment I had booked for! This was really annoying, staff were friendly and tried to book me elsewhere but I needed it for the day after so I had to give it a miss. Ended up doing a pedicure instead, which was ok. I also had booked a massage that was ok, the lady was nice but even though I asked for hard pressure I felt I was there for the softest of strokes. It was nice but not what I was looking for. Not a good experience

I had had full legs & hollywood wax with( Hiva )and award it 5 star.
Quick, clean and with no pain . Definitely come back.
I had my legs waxed and a hollywood wax. The staff are very friendly and chatty to distract from the pain of waxing.

I have booked a total body wax and a massage.
The total body was fine on the legs, but hurts a lot in the delicate parts of the body, like the middle of the arms and the bikini as they have only the honey wax and they don't have any delicate wax. When I understood that the esthetician was using the honey wax for the hollywood wax, I have changed my mind and asked her to do just the bikini line.
During the wax the esthetician opened the door as she was feeling hot, without even asking me if it was fine for me. She asked me only after having already opened the door. I found it very unprofessional.
The bed had a plastic cover that was unpleasant, on top of which there was some paper. As an overall was very uncomfortable.
The bikini and the middle of the arms get irritated and painful.
They didn't even offer me a one use pant for the treatment.
The massage was really bad. It was a 30 min massage and the esthetician finished after 20 min only. It was not at all a professional massage, but an improvisation. The atmosphere was very bad. Flashing white light and not very clean room.
I would not recommend this place, unless you just want to have a leg's wax for a good price. But if you are looking to go there to get a massage and relax, forget it.
