I don't know how this place operates. I have made appointments via Treatwell on two occasions and both times I have arrived and they have had my appointment written down at different times. On both occasions they claimed a 'mistake', and that they had written it down wrong, or moved it and forgotten to call me. The first time they were unable to accommodate me at all on the day I booked, the second I had to wait an hour.
The quality of the wax was also poor, and hair and wax was left that I needed to tidy up myself at home after.
