Excellent. Massage was at 3pm, I was in bed by 8pm (usual bedtime is midnight) and slept like a baby for over 11 hours. Says it all really.

Can understand why she is rated so highly! Amazing! I was extremely tight through my shoulders and back and have come out feeling like I can move again. Aninchana worked so hard on all the knots, could have stayed there for hours!
