Having just got back from holiday in Ko Samui with my girlfriend where I trained every morning at 7am before it got too hot I really needed a massage .
After a 12 hour flight both my back & legs were very tight so needed a thorough loosening up which the Thai massage is perfect as it's far more comprehensive than either a sports or Swedish which is what I trained in when doing my personal training qualification years ago.
Also makes you feel incredibly relaxed & mellow after which is a big plus in today's fast paced life styles with all have.

Excellent Thai massage, extensive knot removed and very thought massages, Highly recommend for sports aches and de-crunching those stiff shoulders. Love this place very nice staff and relaxing. Handy spot in Bracknell!
