I’ve been going to Ana for years. Her attention to detail is amazing, she will Taylor the treatment to your needs. Very accommodating, gentle nature, spotlessly clean and tranquil environment, respectful and goes the extra mile. Who knew what a hidden gem was jem in Bracknell. Book in advance because it gets busy, but that’s because she is fab!
