I asked for 1-2 inches to be taken off my hair and I have at least 3 inches. I thought it was slightly more but once home I realised how short my hair was. Not happy

Another great treatment from Lorenza! She whisked me into the chair, and proceeded to give a great pedicure. Even when I wasn't sure about the colour I picked she offered to change it but it is great
