I turned up to my appointment, I waited for an hour for the hairdresser. One of the hairdressers did not turn up therefore one of the hairdressers who was already there told me that she will do my hair. I told her my desired colour & showed her a picture and she proceeded with the look. She left the bleach on my hair for 2 hours which completely fried it. She left me with bleach blonde hair which did not suit me at all, I asked for a honey brown highlights. I stayed for hours and did not even get my desired look. The staff were really kind even though I still was not satisfied with my look.
