All reviews are genuine feedback from verified customers, so you know exactly what to expect at each and every venue.Positives - very good manicure and also great value (I had the £20 express manicure). Very neat painting work and great cuticle care. Had the normal selection of colours but varying degrees of quality brands eg a few OPI and otherwise Rimmel etc.
Negatives - I suppose the reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was that the ambience was a bit strange - there was a man lounging in a chair talking loudly in Portuguese (I think he was one of the staff). This wouldn’t have been so much of a problem but the chair for the pedicure was just a normal chair and I had to lift my foot onto the pedicurist lap - no privacy esp if you’re wearing a skirt. When a foot wasn’t being worked on you also had to put it directly on the floor, which wasn’t the cleanest and didn’t make sense when you’ve just had the footbath. You could say the place had a family local feel, they were friendly too, but I prefer a bit of a luxury feel and it wasn’t that. But the actual pedicure was very good.
