I love how she is cutting hair. She is very good.
But this time it was really strange. She is taking more clients at the time, doesn't really listen what client wants. A bit arrogant from her side I must say and I didn't feel welcomed in first place.
There was another guy who did hairwash and blow-dry, it was good. But I expect a full attention from my hairdresser. But she just cut hair and even then, she doesn't really listen, but keep talking to other people in the place or checking phone. I said I wear hair on the side not middle, like 3 times, she just didn't answer.
No any single question if I'm ok or if I need water or anything (I was traveling 1h to that haircut)
Haircut is good, but not worth it.
Next time I will look for better place, where the customer is priority.

I had a haircut & colour done by Leninha. She is a lovely hairdresser and the result was well worth the £55. Bargain! The place is very clean, and staff are really friendly. I would definitely recommend them.
