I was disappointed as when I first arrived everyone was talking Italian. I was offered a coffee but had to wait 30 mins before I was seen too. The guy who coloured my hair did not talk to me but continued to talk to everyone in Italian. I felt very uncomfortable and not very valued I was just ignored. My hair was lovely and he made a good job of it. I find unless you can speak Italian you are just ignored.

The waxing was ok, the lady was very nice. Just make sure you pay on treatwell or by cash because they charge you £2 for payment by credit card.
