I was very impressed by Lenny’s passion and enthusiasm for her business and also the way she handled her nervous client (that’s me 😬). She greeted me with a warm smile, took me into her very calming and clean room and firstly asked what I would like to have treatment on before explaining what procedure would suit me and why this would be of benefit. She didn’t rush me and was happy to answer any questions that I had. She is not only extremely professional but a lovely individual. I am still waiting for the Botox to kick in, but would thoroughly recommend that you go to her if it’s your first time.

I was initially very scared to try Botox and waited a long time to build up the courage. Finding the right person was crucial for me, and Lenny exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into her elegant studio, her beautiful energy put me at ease.
Lenny is incredibly knowledgeable and spent the first 30 minutes thoroughly explaining the process and dispelling my preconceived notions about Botox. The procedure itself was much more comfortable than I had anticipated; Lenny’s delicate, light touch made all the difference.
