Galina was very attentive and caring. She gave me tips to improve my posture as well. Galina gave me a relaxing massage, I realized later that I needed a firmer hand, but that's on me, not her! Also, the room is in the basement so you can hear voices and noises as the upstairs works as a normal salon. Still I would recommend it to get a local massage if you are in west London!
